Alyson McNamara
Alyson M. McNamara is an associate attorney at Hughes & Hughes.
Growing up in Orange County, Ms. McNamara received her undergraduate degree in economics from Chapman University. While at Chapman University, Ms. McNamara was chosen as the only undergraduate to assist in the 2008 Economic Forecast and served as Assistant Editor for a national academic journal, Essays in Economic and Business History. Ms. McNamara also received recognition as the Outstanding Undergraduate Student in the Argyros School of Business and Economics.
After graduating from Chapman University, Ms. McNamara attended Santa Clara University School of Law. As a law student, Ms. McNamara worked in the consumer protection clinic at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center and volunteered at the Shriver Housing Project in Los Angeles, providing assistance to low income individuals in unlawful detainer cases.
Ms. McNamara’s passion for helping clients in a time of need drove her to family law. Ms. McNamara hopes to bring this level of passion, care, and diligence to each client.
In her free time, Ms. McNamara enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and trying new recipes.
